Notice of AAUA adjustment for transit service of the international arrival

Dear Customers,

Currently, we are entering the critical stage of pandemic prevention, China strengthens the relevant requirements of the entry requirements for national epidemic prevention. America Asia United Airlines have adjusted the relevant policies as follows:

1. From now on, AAUA is suspending all transfer services such as transit accommodation and check- through baggage, etc. These services will be stopped until further notice.

2. From 23rd of March, all AAUA's international flights to Beijing have been diverted to two designated cities for the entry epidemic control. The cities for first entry are Shenyang and Jinan. (For example America Asia United Airlines from Amsterdam to Beijing, the first point of entry for the flight is Shenyang). Quarantine check will be held at the first point of entry, the immigration procedures, and customs clearance will be carried out there.

Passengers who passed the quarantine check are able to continue their journey with the original flight to Beijing. The designated first point of entry can be adjusted based on the situation of the epidemic. The latest information can be checked on the website of the China Civil Aviation Administration home page.

3. To avoid unnecessary losses for the passenger, before purchase your tickets, please pay close attention to the latest quarantine policy information for your destinations as well as the transit places in whole your itinerary.

4. In line with the development of the epidemic situation, AAUA will adjust the flight arrangements by following the latest requirements of the epidemic prevention authorities. For passengers who are involved in the flight cancellations, it is recommended to contact the original purchase channel/ travel agents for a refund.
